Our Message For You

We hope everyone is doing okay and staying home, and deeply appreciate those who are taking all possible precautions for our community’s safety.  


These "stay home” times have greatly increased the number of internet users in our service area. Our top priority is our dedication to keeping high-quality service flowing to those of you working and studying from home. Our teams are still making precautious house calls to do so, and are disinfecting of all tools + surfaces in their vehicles several times a day, and have healthy safety equipment to wear if they need to request enter a home. We are taking new installation requests as we are able, yet are focusing on serving our much-appreciated current customers in these exceptional times.


As we all are adjusting to these new strains on our normal lives, please keep in mind those keeping their businesses and education underway from home and understand why entertainment video streaming may be different than usual. Netflix itself has intentionally reduced their quality of service to keep up with the demand on their own service, and other services may be doing the same. Our goal is in maintaining quality of access for all customers, and we have been constantly working on system upgrades to try to better handle these unprecedented demands. Please still send us questions and requests via email, and weare getting to everyone post haste.
